The proposed concrete batch plants proposed site will be moved <br />from Section 35 to Section 33, Township 20 South, Range 63 West. <br />2. The potential extraction area will remain about 75 acres in size; <br />however, 10+ acres on the North is being deleted, while 10+ acres <br />on the East is being added. The potential extraction area is <br />limited to a portion of Section 2, Township 21 South, Range 63 West, <br />lying North of the Arkansas River. <br />3. The access to the batch plant will now be via "38th Lane", and <br />access to the extraction area will be from the plant southeasterly <br />across Sections 33, 39 and 35, Township 20 South, Range 63 West, <br />and Section 2, Township 21 South, Range 63 West.
