All <br />comment and review periods began on this date. The decision date for this <br />application is October 18, 1991. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and <br />transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights <br />to the affected land and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 <br />feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after <br />submittal. Proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail - Return <br />Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />prior to the decision date. <br />Any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be <br />reflected in the copy placed in the Montrose County Clerk & Recorder's office <br />for public review. <br />The Division is reviewing the application to determine whether it is adequate <br />to meet the requirements of the Act.
