EXHIBIT E
RECLAP;ATION PLAN

Reclamation work will begin with stockpiling any topsoil in the
general location of the pit.* When mining has ceased, large
boulders will be backfilled at the toe of the embankment and the
embankment graded down to a slope not exceeding a 3:1 ratio.
Contouring will conform to access roads. Topsoil will be made
available for reclamation purposes.
*See map
ADDITIONAL INFOR^4ATION
Before Corey Pit #3 was opened in the 60's, it was dry rangeland
too steep to be irrigated. The previously mined area consists of
between 5 and 6 acres. Gravel removal will now be to the South and
to the West (see detailed map) to eradicate steep sides now existing,
and render a more usable land upon final reclamation. Stock piles
of top soil, or overburden as noted on the map, will be replaced
over graded pit floor to facilitate seed bed for pasture.
A conservation plan was provided for the entire 320-acre Corey place
in 1976 and is being followed. The best land use practices were
implemented, including wildlife protection in the many steep and less
workable areas for agriculture. The rehabilitated pits will provide
additional wildlife habitat as well as pasture.
