Carestia, being the owner of the property, a copy of the deed has been <br />provided. <br />' Concerning access to the property the existing roadway, as shown on Exhibit <br /> Maps C & E will be used until the proposed 60 ft right of way deeds can be <br /> obtained from the appropriate property owners. At present, negotiations <br /> with the Denver Rio Grande Railroad are in progress concerning issuance of a <br /> permit to allow crossing of their right-of-way. According to Mr. lJells <br />' Knapp, Office Engineer for D.R.G.& W Railraod there are no apparent problems <br /> which should restrict the issuance of the proposed crossing. Once approval of <br />' the crossing is finalized, then final negotiations will be made with the <br /> property owners for the proposed right-of-ways. According to Mr. Knapp it <br />' takes approximately 8 weeks for issuance of the crossing agreement. The <br /> proposed right of way acreage has been included into the total acreage of <br /> <br /> the mining permit application. As this proposed right-of-way is to be used <br />' in the future as a road, there will be no reclamation of the roadway.
