25

EXHIBIT G
SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER
' Pir. Carestia, being the owner of the property, a copy of the deed has been
provided.
' Concerning access to the property the existing roadway, as shown on Exhibit
Maps C & E will be used until the proposed 60 ft right of way deeds can be
obtained from the appropriate property owners. At present, negotiations
with the Denver Rio Grande Railroad are in progress concerning issuance of a
permit to allow crossing of their right-of-way. According to Mr. lJells
' Knapp, Office Engineer for D.R.G.& W Railraod there are no apparent problems
which should restrict the issuance of the proposed crossing. Once approval of
' the crossing is finalized, then final negotiations will be made with the
property owners for the proposed right-of-ways. According to Mr. Knapp it
' takes approximately 8 weeks for issuance of the crossing agreement. The
proposed right of way acreage has been included into the total acreage of

the mining permit application. As this proposed right-of-way is to be used
' in the future as a road, there will be no reclamation of the roadway. In
addition, the existing roadway will remain in its present condition after
' proposed right-of-way is opened for road purposes.

ll

1
