The City shall not expressly grant any special use permit
for gravel operations on the described premises. The reason a permit
will not be granted is the City of Florence has no ordinance or other
' authority to issue such a permit. However, because zoning if proper,
no permit is needed from the City of Florence in order to conduct mining
operations on the described property.
1

WF!c b
Sihcerely yours
!~
William Fox
Florence City A orney
LJ
