EXHIBIT D - WATER RESOURCES
• Very sporadic groundwater occurs an the lease block,
and is, almost egalusively confined to the far eastern part
of the property. The Third Rim Sandstone of the~Salt Wash
Member of the Morrison Formation is the only notable aquifer
for the water encountered, and the average height of the
water table is less than 20 feet above the base of the
sandstone. However, no water problems are expected in
connection with this mine.
