The application to be considered is for a Conditional Use Permit
to allow a gravel extraction operation. The request is from
Custer County Concrete represented by Jerald Seifert and Mike
Coleman. The location is a tract containing 40 acres in the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township
23 South, Range 72 West of the 6th PM, on the South side of
County Road 328 (Schoolfield Road), approximately 2.25 miles East
of Highway 69 South. The property is located in Zone IV.
Conditional Use Permits must be granted upon proof that
conditions and performance standards required by the County
Zoning Resolution will be met. Additional conditions and
performance standards may be required.
