PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Based on notice provided by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology on April 11, <br />2005, the amendments to Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation <br />Permit File No. M-2004-067, filed by the applicant on March 23, 2005, will require a new <br />public notice and comment period in accordance with construction materials Rule 1.6.6. <br />Clear Creek District Water Providers, LLC, 5460 South Quebec St., Suite 110, <br />Greenwood Village, CO 80111, 303-773-1005 is the applicant, and the proposed project <br />is known as the MMRR Quarry, located at or near that part of the NW '/< of the SE Y< of <br />Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6~' Principle Meridian lying North <br />of the right-of-way for State Highway 119, and the S'h of the SW '/ and the S %2 of the <br />SE '/4 of Section 23, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6w Principal Meridian, <br />and the SW '/< of the NW Y4 and the NW Y< of the SW '/4 of Section 25, Township 3 <br />South, Range 72 West of the 6t" Principal Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is 2005, and the proposed date of completion is <br />2015. The proposed post-mining use of the land is wildlife habitat. Additional <br />information and a tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567; or at the Gilpin County Clerk and Recorder's office, 203 Eureka Street, Central <br />City, Colorado 80427, (303) 582-5321; or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology by 4:00 p.m. on May 26, 2005. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sue. Comments related <br />to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and <br />other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this Office's jurisdiction. <br />These subjects, and similar ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, <br />rather than the Division of Minerals and Geology or the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />
