operation is Jefferson County. Our initial ravines indicates that all preliminary
items required by the Colorado wined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 23, Sec-
tion 34-32-~~ have been submitted; thus your appllcation has been deemed complete
far the purposes of filing on this date. All review and discussion periods as provided
in the Act and the Rules S Regulations (as amended, effective July 19iB) promulgated
[hereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by ------- that
you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules
b Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning local government approval, as well.
The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation
Board will be April 22-23, 1981. You should commence publication of a notice of
filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side for notice format). Notice
requirements can be found in RULE 3.2 Because the date for consideration may be
subject co revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact per-
mit applicatiocu, the f'..na1 date far filing of objections, which must be stated is the
publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration.
