The area to be used is 3 Holes East by Northeast of Norwood, Colo. It is <br />SE 1/4, SW 1/4 ofNW 1/4 of Section 19 Township 45 Range 12. Please see attached <br />map.The area is labeled Spor Gravel Pit As you can see the gravel pit has been there for <br />several years.This is a dry area and there will be no ground of surface water disturbed. The <br />pit is just going to be expanded.There will only be gravel took out of this pit. At the time I <br />talked to you ,you did not think there would need to be a permit.lf you still feel there is <br />no need for a permit, could you please send a letter stating that.
