However, the <br />following items must be submitted before the permit for this <br />operation can be issued. <br />e) Letter of appraisal from an independent appraiser <br />(the property value must be at least equal to the bond <br />amount): <br />b) Title Insurance (for bond amount) or a Title Search; <br />c) Deed of Trust itself. <br />The above items moat be submitted by January 21, 1903, to ovoid ~~ <br />enforcement action under Section 36-32-123 (see my inspection <br />report dated May 19, 1982).
