• , ~~ t ~' I ~~ d-~ SPECIAL USE PERMIT FROM TEIE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRAND COUNTY, COLORADO PURSUANT TO Section XI of the Grand County Zoning Regulations as adopted by the Grand County Board of County Commissioners, by Resolution No. 1970-7-1, Clayton and Son Construction Co. has made application to the Board of County Commissioners for a special use permit for the purpose of a gravel extraction operation on certain property located in the County of Grand and State of Colorado. After public hearings • for which notice was given, and due consideration of the state- ments and exhibits presented by all parties who appeared at such hearings, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that a special use permit pursuant to the Grand County Zoning Regula- tions shall be granted to G. Clifford~Clayton, doing business as Clayton and Son Construction Co., upon the following terms and conditions, which shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns: 1. Location of Operation: The gravel extraction oper- ation shall be conducted on an area not to exceed twenty (20) acres, more or less, as described below; and all structures, excavations, equipment, stockpiled materials and other paraphenalia commonly connected with gravel extraction operations shall not ex- pand beyond that area under the terms of this permit. Said tract is located in the SW1/4 of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 76 West, 6th P.M., Grand County, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 76 West, 6th P.bt. thence easterly on the South line of Sec- tion 12 500.03 feet to the true point of beginning: Thence N 1°44' [•t, 933 feet; thence N 89°53' E, 933 feet; thence S 1°44' E, 933 feet; thence S 89°53' E, 933 feet to the true point of beginning. Said tract containing 19.98 acres.
