At least a 3 inch cover of topsoil is to be placed on <br />the disturbed, backsloped areas and mixed with the underlying material. <br />The species best suited and readily available from commercial seed dealers <br />are; <br />Luna pubescent ldheatgrass 8 pounds per acre <br />hlanchar Smooth Brome 6 pounds per acre <br />Yellow Blossom Seetclover ~ po~~nd per acre <br />These rates are to be used if the site is seeded with a drill, if <br />broadcast seeded these rates are to be doubled and hand raked or harrowed <br />after broadcastin to get 3£ to yz inch of cover over the seedo Seeding <br />after Oct, 1 would best best.
