<br />A RESOLUTION A?•IEVDING RESOLUTION 1973-12-1
<br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1973-12-1 granted to G. Clifford Clayton,
<br />d/b/a Clayton and Sons Construction Co., a Special Use Permit for the
<br />extraction of gravel on property located in the SW1/4 of Section 12,
<br />Township 1 South, Range 76 C:est, 6th P.ht., Grand County, Colorado, upon
<br />certain terms and conditions,
<br />AND WHEREAS, G. Clifford Clayton has applied to this Board for an
<br />amendment to the original Permit. granted by said Resolution so as to
<br />allo:a the inclusion on the Permit area of a concrete processing plant,
<br />AND WHEREAS, public hearing was held on said application on Decembr
<br />6, 1976, after public notice thereof as required by the Grand County Zon-
<br />ing Resolution, said hearing being continued to this date,
<br />AND GIHEREAS, this Board has considered and studied the plans for
<br />reclamation which were previously submitted by the applicant, the truck
<br />traffic which will result from the amendment of the existing Permit, and
<br />the possible injury t:hich may be caused to the County roadway by the trucY.
<br />traffic authorized by the original Permit and the proposed amendment,
<br />AND WHEREAS, this Board has determined that it would be in the bell
<br />interest of the citizens of Grand Counr_y to amend the Special Use Permit
<br />previously granted upon certain terms and conditions which are hereinafter
<br />set forth,
<br />NOW THEI2EFOP.E, BE IT RESOLVED BY TF[E B0.<lRD OF COCTNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />OF GRAND COUNTY, COLORADO that Resolution 1973-12-1 and the terms and
<br />conditions of the Special Use Permit granted thereby, shall be and hereby
<br />are amended as set forth in the attached E:•:hibit "A", which by this
<br />reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
