plans as contained in the third adequacy review reaponsv dated Septembx 14, 2005. The blasting vibration
control plan provided will be protective of oY3'site aiructuxs, attd the DMG can recorcmaend approval o£tbat
plan. [t is DMG's undersuutdittg that the Applicant is preparing a fiat of best managomrnt pmcriees (BMPa)
for doer control to be submitted for DMG review and approval. The BMPs For dust control during biassing
operations, in addition to those already comniltted to in September ] 4, 2005 adequacy rvapousc, must
include the following (a diagram with nomeraclature is vncloaed with this memo):
