Tuttle
Gentlemen:
RECEIVED
APB 23 ~saa
We are in receipt of your letter of April 8, 1988, wherein you
requested certain information concerning our producing operations
in the Coal Creek area. Attached is a plat which indicates the
local:ion of pipelines in the area of the proposed mining
operations. We have twelve (12) active lines that are located
within the proposed mining area and are as follows:
(1,21 State of Colorado W-1 Gas line and flowline
(3,41 State of Colorado W-3 Gas line and flowline
(5) State of Colorado W-6 Gas line
(6) State of Colorado W Gas line to purchaser's meter
(7,81 State of Colorado NCT 2-1 Gas line and flowline
(9,10) State of Colorado NCT 3-1 Gas line and flowline
(ll,:l2) State of Colorado NCT 3-2 Gas line and flowline
We do not have any easements with the State of Colorado.
You indicated that your preliminary plans call for mining within
100 •Feet of three of our wells. We believe that this is too close
to our surface locations. The setback from our well locations
should be 200 feet. Also we will need assurance that steps will be
taken to protect the setback area from erosion. Also we are
asswning that provisions will be made to maintain ingress and
egress to all the properties.
Very truly yours,

N. E.
