Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Alamosa County Pit No. 1, <br />File No. M-2~1-108 <br />Deaz Mr. West: <br />On December 6, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Constrction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Alamosa County Pit No. 1, which is located in Conejos County. All <br />comment and review periods began on December 6, 2001. The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br />January 7, 2002. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and. all owners of record <br />of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Retur Receipt Requested, to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in our ofEce must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Conejos Cou~y Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Ad.
