Lafarge <br />will address the final comments in the same order they were posed. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D- Minine Plan <br />4a. The 100-foot setback that Lafarge has committed to establishing from the nearest <br />point of excavation to the Colorado River is indeed from the top of the north bank of the <br />river. <br />5. The conveyor bridge and all above ground appurtenances finking North Bank <br />Resources to the current Mamm Creek operation will be removed once mining operations <br />cease on the north bank of the Colorado River. <br />6.4J Exhibit G -Water Information <br />18. Lafarge commits to providing the Division with a weed management plan within 90 <br />days of the Division approving the Regular 112 Application for the North Bank site. <br />The plan will include specific treatment methods/strategies for each of the fallowing <br />species that occur on the site: Tamarisx, Russian Olive, Field Bindweed, Canada Thistle, <br />and knapweed species.
