<br />-4- <br /> <br />EXHIBIT F - Proof of Compliance with Local Government Zonina <br />In accordance with 34-32-115(a)(e), the Board must make a finding that he operation <br />will ue in compliance with local zoning or 5uodivision regulations. Yo are not <br />required to submit this information, but a submission would assist the ivision's <br />processing of the application. When the Division notifies the local go ern~nent of the <br />existence of this application, it will request information regarding co pliance with <br />applicable local law. It is intended that operators .nay concurrently c me into <br />compliance with local requirements at the same time the Division is pro essing this <br />application. Infornation regarding the status with local government will be Helpful. <br />E,(HIdIT G - Source of Legal Right-to-enter <br />This could de a copy of the lease, deed, abstract of title, or current t x receipt.
