This flood control plan has been developed <br />from estimates of the 100 year event and existing design of the <br />channel by the Colorado Department of Highways, based on discussions <br />with Eldon Strid of ACZ Inc, on July 25, 1984. <br />The Bear Coal Company plans to complete construction of the dike this <br />fall.
