Following are Louisiana <br />Land and Gravel Company's responses to the three items of concern: <br />Application Form: Page 1 and 7 were completed and are enclosed. <br />Exhibit Q -Proof of Mailing Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation <br />District: Enclosed is the proof of mailing by Certified Mail of notice of the application to <br />the local Board of Supervisors of the Soil Conservation District along with the notice <br />sent. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures: My understanding the issue is the San <br />Miguel Power Line which crosses the permit boundary. Enclosed is a letter from San <br />Miguel Power Association, Inc. which identifies its requirements regarding buffer zones <br />around the power poles.
