Following are Louisiana
Land and Gravel Company's responses to the three items of concern:
Application Form: Page 1 and 7 were completed and are enclosed.
Exhibit Q -Proof of Mailing Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation
District: Enclosed is the proof of mailing by Certified Mail of notice of the application to
the local Board of Supervisors of the Soil Conservation District along with the notice
sent.
Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures: My understanding the issue is the San
Miguel Power Line which crosses the permit boundary.
