The surface right to enter was provided by the Bureau of Land <br />Management with the issuance of Coal Exploration License 67231. A corporate surety <br />bond in the amount of $53,629.00 was posted on June 21, 2005 and is considered <br />acceptable by the DMG. <br />DMG's standazd NOI issuance documents will be issued soon.
