Drawings recrndy obtained by the Ihvisian (April 24, 199 @orn Mark Steen show the <br />configuration of the starter dam end borrow azea. The "as•built" drawings show a dam crest that is to to 12- <br />feet iri width with a downstream slope of approximately 1.5:1. Height of rite embankment is hard to <br />determine bemuse the drawings and seeti0rie do not show original ground or contottn, however, rough <br />measurement on the section indicate en emberdattent that is 4 to 8 feet in hagtst at centerline, <br />20. Decant lines currently collect excess water tram storm runoff within the tailings retention pond <br />area end direct them through a pipeline to the Hazel A edit. Decant water is then recycled Gom the Hazel A <br />beck to the mill <br />? 1. COM, Inc. plants to use soda ash, pine oil, end xanttiate Cor mill proe:ssing. If any other chemicals are <br />required in the milling process, a technical revision, if required by the D.M G, will be filed with the <br />Division.
