A tract of land located in the NE1 /4 of the Sil1/4 of Section 30, Township 50
North, Range 9 East of the N.M.P.M., [Chaffee County, Colorado,] being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly right -of -way boundary of Colorado
State Highway No. 291 and also being the northeasterly corner of a tract
describe in Book 339 at Page 415 of the Records of Chaffee County, Colorado,
from WHENCE the West 1/4 Corner (brass cap) of said Section 30 Bears
N79.25.2'W 1674.5 feet;
THENCE continuing around said tract Sl °ll'W along the
easterly boundary of said tract described in Book 339 at Page 415, a distance
of 755.1 feet to the northerly right -of -way boundary as fenced of the Denver
and Rio Grande Western Railroad;
THENCE along said fenced railroad right -of -way boundary on a curve to the
right to a point on the southwesterly right -of -way boundary of Colorado State
