Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board- <br />Exhibit C - Pre-mining Conditions <br />/1. The following "significant, valuable and permanent man-made <br />structures" are located within 200 feet of the proposed affected <br />land: <br />/a. the McCann Ditch; <br />%b. Old Brighton Road; <br />c, gas wells and associated pipelines; <br />d. several water wells; and <br />e. power lines. <br />These structures may be affected by the proposed mining operation. <br />Please provide evidence that agreements exist between the operator and <br />the owners of the various structures, accounting for damage to the <br />structures that may result from the proposed mining and reclamation <br />activities. <br />2. Will the proposed mining and reclamation activities affect the <br />Brighton Ditch Headgate in any way? <br />,/ 3. Please submit a revised pre-mining plan map that shows the location <br />of the water wells and power lines located on site. <br />~ 4.
