As I mentioned in the letter I sent to you on February 3, 2003, Hall-Irwin is exploring <br />the possibility of expanding the proposed mining boundary. We understand that we will have to <br />resubmit everything that will change in the application and send out new notices and republish <br />once the Division has determined the application is complete.
