<br />newspaper printed and published in the town of Flagler,
<br />L'nanty of Kit Carson and State of Colorado.
<br />2. That the said The Flagler News is printed and pub-
<br />11ihEd at regular intervals, one time each week, on Thursday,
<br />a r.d that it leas a general circulation in the county of Kit Carson
<br />and elsewhr,+'e.
<br />3. That the said The Flagler News was established and

<br />and continuously during a period of at least fifty-two con-
<br />secutive weeks next prior to the first issue thereof in which was

<br />paper within the meaning of "An Act Concerning Legal No-
<br />'lees, Advertisements and Publications and Fees of Printers and
<br />Yublisbers Tl~,ereof and to Repeal all Acts and Yarts of Acts in
<br />Ccn*. ii ct with the i'rovisions of this Act," being Chapter 139 of
<br />Ll.e Session Lams cf Colorado cf 1923 as arnended by Cbapter
<br />r13 of th^_ Session Lav/s of Colo: ado of 1931. The act amended
<br />Ord repealed by Cbapter 139 of the Session Laws of Colorado
<br />of 1923 is Chapter 1G9 of the Session Laws of the State of Colo-
<br />rado of 1921, the same being sections 5392 to 5400, both inclus-
<br />ive, of the Compiled Laws of five State of Colorado of 1921.
<br />G. That the said annexed notice was pubhsl:ed in the
<br />regular and entire ediLon of The Flagler ATews, a duly qualified
<br />weekly newspaper fur that purpose, within Lhe terms and
<br />meanings of the above named Acts.
<br />7. That the laic! r.nnexed notice is a full, true, and cor-
<br />rac:. copy of the ori;inal which was !~egularly ; ublished in each
<br />of the regular and entire issues of said newspaper, a legally
