<br />Classi(icationsond Numeric Standards (or the Gunnison River Basin (5 CCR 1002-35); last update e,(Jective February 20, 2002. Segment S is classified for
<br />the following uses: Recreation, Class 1 b; Aquaticlije, Class I (Cold); Water Supply; Agriculture. The Division reviewed thisfaci/sty on June 11, 2002, and
<br />determined that the antidegradation presumptiors was overcome because discharge does not occur durirsg low flow periods.

<br />requirements exist. Withinthe body ofthepermit itself, monitoring requirements are specifedtn Partl8.3.b), the StormwaterManagement Plan requirements
<br />are specified in Part I B.2. and notification requirements for effluent violations are addressed in Part ILA.
<br />Salinity (IDS) monitoring of the discharge will be required, as shown in the table above. Phosphorus monitoring ofthe discharge will not be required.
<br />In a letter dated March 7, 2005, the permittee requested removal ofOutfal1001A and Pand Na. 3. OzbowMining, LLC (Permit No. CO-0000132) has agreed
<br />to assume responsibifity for the pond and its associated outja[f. As an amendment to this certification, the outfall has been removed. Figures I and 2 have
<br />been updated to reflect this change.

<br />identified ar permit number COG-850000. All correspondence relative to thisjaciliry should reference the specificfacility number, COG-850009.
