Section 780.116(a) Continued. <br />Revegetation will be deemed successful when mean sample values for total cover and <br />herbaceous production for reclaimed areas are equal to or greater than the calculated <br />90 percent confidence interval for weighted cover and production values and the <br />specified woody plant density and diversity standards are achieved. <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Rule 4.15.8171, Kerr proposes that a shrub density of <br />1,500 stems per acre be established as the standard for the Kerr Tipple Reclaimed <br />Area. <br /> <br />816-157b Revised 12/99 <br />
