The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The enure application is on file with the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the local counft~y clerk and recorder. <br />The appficant/operatorpmposes to reclaim the affected land to 9AST~Ef. ~+v n use. Pursuant to <br />Sectiott 3432.5-116{4)(m), C.RS., the Boazd may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving <br />of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Boazd would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
