(112) reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the
"Board") to conduct the e~:traction of construction materials operations in
CroorleY County. The attached information is being provided to
notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire
application is on file with the Division of Pdinerals and Geology (the "Division")
and the local county clerk or recorder.
The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to
rangeland use. Pursuant to Section 3~-32.5-116(S)(m), C.R.S., thz
Board may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving
of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your
comments on the proposed op=_ration. Please note that, in order to preserve your
right to a hearing before the Board on this application, you must submit orrittEn
comments on the application c•;ithin tcaenty (20) days of the date of last
publication of notice pursuant to Section 34-32-112(10), C.R.S.
