The total costs of all <br />the tasks believed to be necessary for this operation are $64,260.00. <br />Please review this packet to ensure that I have not omitted anything or made an error irr my calculations. I have <br />tried to include all necessary tasks, and have included explanatory notes wherever possible. You will see that <br />several of these task costs will vary during the many years of operation, while others may be eliminated after being <br />performed once, or continue at a constant level through the life of the operation. <br />You stated on the phone that you vvould probably provide a "line of credit" type of financial warranty through your <br />local bank. This type of bond requires two forms. In addition to the financial warranty, you must also provide a <br />performance warmnty. If you do not have the proper forms, we can deliver them to you while eve are at die Denver <br />officc for the hearing. For any questions about the financial or performance warranties, please contact Ms. Suzi <br />Ericksen at our Denver office (see letterhead). <br />As 1 mentioned earlier, if you see any errors or omissions in the enclosed estimate, let me know so that they may be <br />corrected. Otherwise, this will become the initial bond amount [o be provided before the permit all be issued.
