<br />CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br />Page 2 <br />Permit No. COG-850000 <br />FOR COAL MINING FACILITIES (SURFACE RUNOFF) <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as amended), <br />facilities engaged in mining and processing of coal ate authorized to dischazge surface runoff and other minor approved sources <br />from authorized locations throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State. Such dischazges shall be in <br />accordance with conditions of this permit. <br />This permit specifically authorizes the facility listed on page l of this permit to dischazge water from coal mining and <br />processing activities with surface runoff, as of this date, in accordance with the permit requiremenu and conditions set forth <br />in Para I and II hereof.
