n <br />EXHIBIT H <br />WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> <br />The property is located according to the description in EXHIBIT A and <br />the property is fenced on the outside boundaries. <br />Contact has been made with Kirk Navo at The Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife office in Monte Vista, Colorado at 719-587-6900. He stated that <br />no site inspection is required at this time due to an absence of <br />endangered species in the area. <br />a. There are no significant wildlife resources on or near the property. <br />The only wildlife present would be occasional jackrabbit, field <br />mice, non game birds and some mule deer. The property owner <br />does not favor wildlife grazing. <br />b. There is no seasonal hunting use of the affected land. <br />c. There is an absence of endangered species in the area. <br />d. During this operation, no significant loss of habitat will occur. <br />Following reclamation the land shall be restored to near its original <br />vegetation. The mining or reclamation of this ground will generate <br />no impact on wildlife. <br />
