.... • i <br />EXHIBITL (rev 8/84) <br />RECLAMATION COSTS <br />The point of greatest disturbance in the operation is expected <br />to be near the time of completion of Stage 1 before it is necessary <br />to move the plant site south of the creek. The plant site contains <br />about 15 acres that will need only resoiling and revegetation. <br />The plant will probably be located on the northeast side of <br />Stage 1 approximately in the area that will become Lake 3 after <br />the plant is moved. Therefore, there will be approximately <br />77 acres of disturbed land of which 56 acres will be reclaimed <br />by water. Thus, 21+/- acres will require grading and shaping, <br />the respreading of soils, and revegetation.
