You are not required to submit this information, but a submission would assist the Division's pro- , cessing of the application. when the Division notifies the Local govern.-rent of the existence of this application, it will request information regarding compliance with applicable Local Law. Information regarding the status with Iocal government will be helpful. EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right to Enter ' This could be a copy of the Lease, deed, abstract of title, or current tax receipt. EXHIBIT H - Reclamation Costs Fora ZIO permit, if the operator requests financial warranty to be less than 55,000.00, 1 the operator must submit facts to support such a request. Otherwise, a financial warranty of 55,000.00 will automatically be set. For all lIl permits, the financial warranty shall be 52,500.00 per acre. EXHIBIT I - Terns of Governmental Contracts (111 Applications only) ' For Special 10-Day (I11) permits, the operator must submit a copy of the contract or other proof that proves the necessity of a special 10-day permit.
