<br />RIDER TO MINING PERMIT <br />Permit Date: March 16, 1998 <br />Permit No: M-97-086 <br /> <br />The following additional stipulations and conditions form an integral part of the foregoing permit: <br />Stipulation No. Description <br />There shall be no operations within the "Buffer Zone" until the operator submits a blasting <br />plan and notifies the homeowners associations thereof, and also the public by publication <br />in a local paper. <br />2. There shall be no operations within the "buffer zone" until the operator submits a <br />hydrologic impact analysis for the specific area of concern, which is Little Owl Canyon and <br />the upper reach of Peck Canyon, and notify the homeowners associations and the public at <br />large by publication in a local [news]paper. <br />3. With reference to the cultural and historic resources, that the operator commit to notifying <br />[he surface owner upon discovery of cultural and historic resources and give the surface <br />owner a reasonable amount of time [o record these resources and recover them.
