8. Location map: A location map designating the facility property, discharge points and recriving waters shall be submitted. The map shall be from <br />a 72 or 15 minute USGS quad sheet, or a map of comparable scale. A north arrow shall be shown. Site Sketcb: A legible general sketch of the site shall be submitted, showing appurtenant facilities (buildings, ponds, diversion ditches, stockpiles, <br />etc.), stream location, numbered discharge points, sampling and flow monitoring points.
