<br />Felch Surface Tract -Mesa County: The real property described in the Deed dated June 22,
<br />1990 from Quentin R. Felch and Winifred N. Felch, as grantors, to Salt Creek Mining Company,
<br />as grantee, and recorded June 27, 1990 in Book 1793, at Page 281 and re-recorded on August 2,
<br />1990 in Book 1797, at Page 752, in each case, of the real property records of Mesa County,
<br />Colorado
<br />Rich Surface Tract -Mesa County: The real property described in the Warranty Deed dated
<br />October 7, 1980 from Leonard C. Rich and Dolores J. Rich, as grantors, to Sheridan Enterprises,
<br />Inc., as grantee, and recorded October 7, 1980 in Book 1279, at Page 115 of the real property
<br />records of Mesa County, Colorado and encompassing approximately 41.54 acres. Said property
<br />is located near Mack, Colorado.
<br />Wise Fee Tract - 50% Undivided Interest -Garfield County: The real property described in the
<br />Special Warranty Deed dated May 16, 1979 from William E. Wise and Donna M. Wise, as
<br />grantors, and Sheridan Enterprises, Inc., as grantee, and rewrded May 25, 1979 in Book 528, at
<br />Page 924 of the real property records of Garfield County, Colorado.
<br />• Other Pmnerty: All of Grantors' right, title and interest in or in anyway connected with or
<br />relating to, real property, surface and mineral rights, water stock and rights, easements, rights-of-
<br />way, licenses, rents and profits.
<br />The above privately owned property is collectively referred to as the "Fee Property."

<br />Lease No. C-0125439: Coal Lease dated May 1, 1968 between Industrial Resources, Inc., as
<br />lessee, and the United States of America, as lessor, as assigned to Grand Valley Coal
<br />Company and subsequently assigned to Lodestar Energy, Inc. by Deed and Assignment dated
<br />July 14, 1999 aad recorded in Book 2612, Page 97b of the Clerk's office of Mesa County,
<br />Colorado and in Book 1143, Page 7 of the Clerk's office of Garfield County Colorado,
<br />bearing Serial Number C-0125439 and covering the right to mine and dispose of the coal in
<br />the following described tracts of land containing approximately 2402.68 acres, situated in the
<br />State of Colorado, as adjusted pursuant to BLM Decision effective September 1, 1993:
