This right-of-way grant, which is a license for a term of 30 years

America, the licenso~through the Bureau of Land Management, and Salt
Creek Mining Company, P.O. Drawer "L", Fruita, Colorado 81521, the
licensee, is hereby issued under Title V of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976 (90 Stat. 2743, 2776-2782; 43 U.S.C. 1701, 1761-
1771).

to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, now or
hereafter in force. Most of the principal terms and conditions of this
grant are prescribed by regulation, and the holder is Charged with knowledge
of these regulations. The following is a list of those regulations (Code of
Federal Regulations, Title 43 Part 2800, attached) which define the holder`s
rights and responsibilities, as well as those of the United States, under
this grant:
