As part of the request letter, Central Appalachia Mining LLC stated they do <br />not wish to have ROWS COC36790 and Lease COC36791 assigned to them. The three <br />ROWS and one lease are currently in the name of Grand Valley Coal Company, which is <br />no longer in business. Following is a description of the type of use granted for each <br />authorization: <br />-COC36761 an existing transmission powerline <br />-COC30962 an existing road <br />-COC36790 a coal conveyor and drainage relocation <br />-COC36791 anon-mineral lease for a coal stockpile, supply yard, sediment <br />ponds, and a waste coal refuse disposal <br />Federal regulations that apply to Central Appalachia Mining LLC's request for <br />assignment of COC36761 and COC30962 and their declazation ofnon-interest in the <br />assignment of COC36790 and COC36791 aze: <br />I • <br />ROW Assi~unent <br />-CFR 2803.2 (c) "The holder shall notify the authorized officer of any change in <br />status subsequent to the application or issuance of the ROW grant or temporary <br />use permit.
