§2.05 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING <br />ACTIVITIES -- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION AND RECLAMATION <br />PLANS. <br />Non-coal processing waste is stored in commercial dumpsters located near the <br />shop, train loadout building or truck dump. The typical waste stored in these <br />dumpsters consists of paper, lumber, pipe, supplies, cardboard, etc. A local <br />contractor will periodically remove the waste from the storage dumpsters and <br />haul the refuse to the Delta County landfill. <br />(9) Return of Coal Mine Waste to Abandoned Workings. <br />Not applicable. <br />TR-020 <br />2.05 - 22 <br />3/01 <br />
