(Limited Impact Permit)
I Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board and the "Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Act" of 197G, H. B. No. 1065, notice is hereby
given that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will meet
to consider an application by Delta Sand & Gravel Co.,
P. O. Box 103, Delta, Colorado 8141G, to conduct a limited
impact surface mining operation for sand and gravel on lands
located in the NE/4 NW/4, Section 18, Township 15 South,

' Range 95 West, 6th P.h1., Delta County, Colorado.
Mining and reclamation at this site is estimated to
begin in 1977 and be completed in 1989. The land will be
reclaimed for a private recreation area and wildlife habitat.
Additional information may be obtained at the offices
of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, 1313 Sherman Street,
Denver, Colorado 80203 (Phone [phone]), or at the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder, Delta County, Colorado 81416.
Written objections to the application must be received
in the office of the Mined Land Reclamation Division no later
than 48 hours prior to the hour set for Board consideration of
' the application. The Board has set consideration of this
application for 1977.
