<br />RE: Revised Minerals Fees-Effective July 1, 2007 Natural Resource Trustee
<br />Enclosed is a copy of the Senate Bi1107-185 increasing all fees associated with Hard
<br />Rock and Construction Materials permits. The fees have been increased by 15%. Hazd
<br />Rock fees were last increased in 1999, and Construction Material fees were last increased
<br />in 2000. The current fee increase, as listed below, will be effective July 1, 2007.
