<br />THIS COAL MINING LEASE, Made in duplicate and entered into this 31~ day of ar , 19Q1,, by and
<br />between the State of Colorado, acting through its STATE BOARD OF LAND COMMISSIONERS, hereinafter
<br />referred to as Lessor, and Cyprus Empire Corporation

<br />WITNESSETH: Lessor, for and in consideration of the snm of one thousand four hundred sixty-four
<br />and 75/100 Dollazs ($ 41. 64.75 ), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged as payment of filing fee in the
<br />amount of $ 24.7 first yeaz's rent in the amount of $ 44 . , and a bonus in the amount of $ ~, and in

<br />of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 91 West, 6th P.M., Moffat County, Colorado; less and
<br />except the active K-Strip pit which consists of a pazcel of land containing 26.6 Acres, more or
