<br />Trapper Mining Inc. intends to modify and update sections of its mining pertnit. Minor changes to
<br />the existing hydrological monitoring requirements are proposed. Additional updates to previously
<br />approved reclamation and conservation programs are presented. These changes and others are
<br />included in Trapper Mine's 1992 Annual Report "Appendix W." All reviews and comment periods
<br />as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
