Prior to the issuance of a permit, <br />the Division needs the enclosed Performance Warranties (one per <br />application) signed, notarized, and returned to this office. Also, we <br />need a letter from the County on County letterhead yuaranteeiny funds <br />will be made available for reclamation. This letter must be signed by a <br />County Commissioner or someone who can sign for the Commissioners.
