Please be informed that Kit Carson County has filed with our office an
application to conduct surface mining and reclamation at or near Section 32.0,
Township 8.0 S, Range 49.0 W, 06th Prime Meridian, The applicant proposes to
reclaim the site for rangeland use.
The applicant is required to place a copy of the application for public
inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is
situated. This is intended to provide the application for public review and
comment, Pletise note that it is not intended to be made apart of public
record by recording.
The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on
April 26, 1984.
