Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received comments from the Office of County <br />Engineer, Delta County. (Attached) Please address the County comments and issues directly to E. Leroy <br />Black, County Engineer as noted in the document. Dirt Merchant Construction should Cc a copy of <br />their response to the Division for the permit file as well. <br />The Division, can and will finish it review process and issue a decision as required by State Law and <br />compliance with the Mined Land Reclamation Board Order issued on June 14th, 2006. However, Dirt <br />Merchants must be made aware that no further disturbance maybe initiated until the applicant supplies <br />the Division with documentation from the County of either a waiver or permit being issued.
