sub-surface man-made features occurring within and adjacent to the <br />proposed permit area are show on Map 6, Mine Plan, in conjunction <br />with Map 4, Energy Mine No. 3 Hydrology. <br />(g) The boundaries of any National Natural Landmarks, <br />Designated Natural Areas, public park and locations of any cultural or <br />historical resource Listed in the National Register of Historic Places <br />and know archaeological sites within the permit area or adjacent areas. <br />(h) Each public or private cemetery or Indian burial ground <br />located in, or within 300 feet of, the proposed permit area; <br />(i) Any land within the proposed permit area and adjacent area <br />which is within the boundaries of any units of the National System of <br />Trails or Wild and Scenic Rivers System, including study rivers <br />designated under Section (5)(a) of the Wild and Scenic River Act; and <br />RESPONSE: <br />There is no land in the proposed permit or adjacent area that <br />is within boundaries of any unite of the National System of Trails <br />or Wild and Scenic Rivers System, including study rivers designated <br />under Section 5(a) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act. Therefore, no <br />map indicating the location of such lands is included in the permit <br />application. <br />(j) A map of the existing topography within the area to be <br />• affected during the estimated life of the operation and adjacent lands, <br />and sufficient slope measurements to adequately represent the existing <br />2.10-5 <br />
